The Bernard Sanberg Memorial Award will be presented by the ASNTR to an individual on the basis of outstanding research contributions in the field of neural therapy and repair. The contributions may be preclinical, clinical, or work which translates basic research to clinical trials. The selection of the awardee will be based on the quality of the contribution and its impact in advancing neural repair. The Award shall consist of a monetary value and a plaque to be given at the ASNTR Annual Meeting.
